Some of the prospective candidates for the 2017 UTME have cried out to the Board to properly address the issue of poor internet services and other technical issues that has made the vending of the ePIN difficult in many of the banks and registration centres.
According to the gathered information , candidates in Keffi, Akwanga and Lafia Local Government Areas of Nasarawa State have been finding it very difficult to get their ePINs since the commencement of the registration process.
They therefore called on JAMB to adress all pending issues to enable them register before the given deadline.
Reacting to this, the Zonal Acting Coordinator of JAMB in Lafia Nasarawa State, Mr Moses Akobu, urged the prospective candidates to be patient, adding that the management of JAMB is already on top of the situation to resolve and rectify the problems.
“The new e-vending system is error free, so the hitches in which candidates are facing is temporary, just within a few hours or days, the problem will be over,” he assured candidates.
