The Ondo State University of Medical Sciences is now University of Medical Science (UNIMED) Ondo.
The Management of Ondo State University of Medical Sciences hereby wishes to direct the attention of the general public and also all prospective 2017/18 JAMB applicants that in the current JAMB brochure for 2017/2018 academic session,the university’s name was inadvertently written as Ondo state university of Medical sciences, Ondo.
For the avoidance of doubt, Ondo state university of Medical sciences was the initial name of the university at take off before the current name ‘UNIVERSITY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES (UNIMED) ONDO’ was adopted which was yet to be rectified before JAMB released its applications for admission for 2017/2018 academic session.
The general public especially candidates seeking admission into the institution are hereby advised to take note of this important information and please continue with processing their admissions with the name ‘ONDO STATE UNIVERSITY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, ONDO’ under reference pending the correction with JAMB.
